Click here to see Related News I would like to thank Jennifer Smith and the staff of Landlord's Source Centre for the continued help and support they have given to my family and me during the past 3 months. We have had an exceptionally difficult tenant who was extremely aggressive, abusive and used the system to sue us. This tenant accessed legal aid and free services to sue us, even though they had no grounds. Throughout this ordeal, Jennifer was always available at the other end of the phone to give us guidance, legal advice and moral support. Her reassurance and efforts to calm us following numerous encounters with the tenant and her lawyer helped us get through the situation in one piece. Prior to going to Landlord's Source Centre we lost thousands in rent and damages to the property, we were spared at having to pay yet more thousands for legal expenses and representation because of the work of the Landlord's Source Centre. Forms were filed and letters were sent to the tenant's lawyer on our behalf, all through the Landlord's Source Centre. This alone was a huge burden that was lifted from us immediately when I joined as a member. I have recommended the service to my friends and co-workers who own rental property, as I have benefited a great deal from having their services. Tenants are granted free legal council to pursue their concerns, yet the landlord is at their mercy and must seek their own council at a great deal of expense.
